so i did each exercise for 1 minute, rest for 15 seconds for 3 rounds. with a minute break in between each round. it was killer because i'm weak but soon i will be stronger and it wont be so difficult!!
sumo squats with 10 lbs.
hip raises on wall
lunges with 10 lbs.
single leg raises on wall
cross leg hip raises
bridge with 10 lbs
once i was finished with all three rounds, i did one minute plank and 15 regular squats with 20 lbs.
it was a killer booty work out!! but i loved it! let me know if you try it out!! also, let me know what your favorite butt and leg work outs are.... especially for your hamstrings!
