Number One Go-To Dinner Idea

i don't know about you, but i definitely go through stages where i'm all about cooking and it's fun for me and then stages where the idea of making a mess is not worth it to me. but when i do cook, i always alternate through the same few meals which is okay with me!!

Biceps + Triceps

we are having troubles with our internet so i am behind on all my blog posts, so here i am sitting in my parked car in the parking lot of my husbands company with a certain little monkey climbing all over me while i use vinyl wurx internet!! ;)

i started a 21 day challenge with my sister to kick our booty's into shape for the summer (even though summer is already here!) we are on day three, but on day two of our work outs! i have thrown together  a 30 minute work out for 21 days that have actually been  killer!

today was biceps and triceps, i thought that it would be perfect to share it here on the blog today since i've been a slacker!! :/ don't judge me and my silly photos i took so you could visualize each exercise!

since i did this one at home, i used 10 pound weights and did higher reps!! once i got going, i realized ten pounds was a lot (because i'm not strong yet ;)) so if you have 8 pounders, use those! unless you have huge muscles.

i did each exercise 20-25 reps, 3x! the first round i was able to do 25, the second round 20, and the last round i only did 10 of each! with the dips i also only did ten each round!!
