LOOK WHO'S BACK!!! back again!! man, it's been a hot minute... and to be totally honest i totally forgot about this little space of mine and wasn't sure i would remember how to get into my account. lol! but i'm back, and excited to get back at things and explore my creative side again!

lots has happened since my last post. life has just kinda been nuts. three kids and a pup is no joke. and i kinda lost myself and found myself again all within a year. i experienced a whole new level of postpartum that i never had to deal with my first two littles that quite honestly challenged me and has made me who i am today. (more on that later ;)) we survived our first year of kindergarten with one child and battled seperation anxiety with one and we are surviving the lovely (basically) two year old stage! i threw crazy, over the edge birthday parties! Olive worked hard and spent many hours dancing and competing for the first time. we spent lots of time together as a family and dave and i grew stronger as a couple and had some much needed parent time off that was amazing! we're happy summer is officially here, especially this mama right here! the sun and warm weather is my happy place!

i am so so excited for this post, i've been getting ready for this new adventure for the last few weeks and i finally have all the details dialed in!  a little over a year ago, just before i had margo i had decided that i wanted to put together a little shop designing removable wallpaper! with Dave's business it was the perfect way for me to be creative and to do something for myself! If you didn't know, Dave has owned a vinyl company for 6 years now where he specializes in vehicle wraps, banners, and stickers... the whole shebang!! i'm so proud of him, he works so hard and loves what he does!!! last year, the timing wasn't right with a having a newborn but now that i have kind of figured the whole mom of three kids thing i have a little more time on my hands and i am so excited to open up shop!! i would love for you to follow my instagram to stay up to date and click the SHOP button in the top left corner to scroll through all our designs, maybe you will find something that you LOVE! thank you for following along!!

Camp Castle Play Mats

i'm super stoked for today's post because i'm pretty much obsessed with this product!! say hello to camp castle play mats!! i love love love everything about them. i am so impressed with the quality of the product, the mats are so sturdy and durable and i love that you can just wipe away the messes.

the designs are so fun and i can't get over the illustrations!! i'm obsessed!! they have three different sizes---- the mini, medium and the biggie. we have the mini's which is the perfect size and i love that we can take them on the go with us! to the restaurant, yes please! on a road trip, yup!

i love that they have a variety of designs for your littles so that not just your little dudes can race their hot wheels around the race track, but your little gals can play princesses on their play mats too!

i love that these play mats were created by a mama just like me! i could go on and on, these have become a go to for us and i love that my girls love them too! their play mats will be restocking mid september, jump over to their site and see if anything catches your eye. maybe we will snag a couple more! i hope you love them as much as we do!

Margo's Fiesta!!

i love love going all out on my girls birthday parties, especially when it comes to the decorations! i enjoy it and i really hope they will remember it all especially as they get older! i found the idea of a fiesta months ago and i was set on that as the theme as margo's first birthday!

we went with a colorful back drop, chips, quac and homemade salsa, cupcakes and the cutest cacti sugar cookies! they were delicious and i was obsessed with how they turned out! and the "uno" balloons were my favorite to tie it all together!

oh and we are obsessed with our little margo polo. really though, she is honestly the sweetest little person you will ever meet. and we are so happy she is in our lives!

all the party decor but the "UNO" balloons are from target, and as for the balloons i picked them up from zurcher's party store!

 i whipped up the quac just as the party guests were arriving, our favorite guacamole recipe is SO quick and simple and always seems to be a hit whenever we make it!! grab 2 ripe avocado's and your grocery stores guacamole packet and you're good to go!

we had someone in the neighborhood selling homemade salsa the day of the party and i had to stop because it went perfectly with the theme of margo polo's party! and it was probably the best salsa we have ever had!

as for the darling cactus cookies, i had a friend of mine make them for me! they were yummy and pretty and i was so impressed with them!

Margo's One Year Photographs

doing my girls one year photos are my absolute favorite, this age is so much fun and i love to be able to capture it on camera. we really love fotofly for family photos but this year i decided to try something different. i was told about this pretty little studio called Light Loft Studio, that is rented out to photographers and families to take their own photos. they have the cutest backdrops and props, the lighting was so pretty and i was overall really impressed! i mean how stunning is that floral backdrop?! we seriously loved it, i am not a photographer what so ever but it was so much fun being able to take the pictures of margo! take a look at their feed.
